Criminal group arrested in Tirana

The Tirana Police has destroyed a criminal group specialized in theft of cars and motorcycles.
In cooperation with the Kavaja, Durrës, Mati, Dibra and Burrel authorities, the Police arrested Gentian Ahmetsulaj from Mati and Klajdi Kurti from Dibra.
The police are also looking for two other people.
“These citizens are responsible for the theft of 50 vehicles and motorcycles, in cooperation with each other. The investigations have shown that after stealing them, the members of this group dismantled the vehicles for selling the parts”, the police notification says.
The investigators have seized different keys and 70.000 ALL in cash, money suspected as coming from the sale of stolen vehicles.
