Top Channel has learned that ALLUM Enterprises Limited, registered in London, is about the purchase the Balls Oil Refinery from the Credins Bank, through their Albanian branch, Allum Enterprises sh.a.

The British company has a capital of 10,000 pounds. The Credins Bank did not confirm the transaction when contacted by Top Channel, but they said they are negotiating.

The Bank took over ARMO as collateral after Rezart Taci failed to pay a large loan.

Allum Enterprises Limited is a company founded in London, last year, by Ajit Prasad and Suman Mitra.

Two months later it opened a branch in Albania, through which it is buying ARMO. No other details are made public.

Documents at the National Business Center show that Allum and the Credins Bank have had business relations since 2017, when Allum took a 17 million EUR loan, leaving 100% of its shares as collateral.

All three owners that ARMO has had so far have created huge debts to the Albanian budget, all with the blessing of both governments that have been in power.
