Albanian authorities announced today (30.10.2020) that in the last 24 hours 1534 tests have been performed, of which 319 citizens have tested positive for SARS-COV2.
Positive cases confirmed in the last 24 hours have been identified in these municipalities:
141 cases in Tirana, 38 in Fier, 15 in Pogradec, out of 13 cases in Elbasan, Kavaja, 11 in Korça, 9 in Kruja, 8 cases each in Durrës, Berat and Kuçovë, 7 in Gramsh, 6 cases each in Lezha, Tropoja , Saranda, from 4 cases in Shkodra, Vlora, Mirdita, Patos, from 3 cases in Kurbin and Rrogozhina, 2 in Devoll, 1 case each in Kukës, Lushnje, Gjirokastër, Ura Vajgurore, Bulqiza, Klos.
In the last 24 hours 90 citizens have recovered, bringing the number of recovered to 11,097 since the beginning of the epidemic.
Despite the efforts of doctors, in the last 24 hours 3 citizens have lost their lives to the disease in the 2 Covid hospitals: a 72-year-old woman and a 73-year-old woman from Tirana, as well as an 81-year-old woman from Berat, with concomitant diseases.
