Covid-19 new cases have marked a relative increase on Saturday in Albania.
The Ministry of Health announced that 905 people infected have resulted from 4063 tests, performed during the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile 3 people have lost their lives to the disease; two men from Tirana aged 58 and 67 years, and a 81-year-old man from Elbasan.
The main location of the infections remains the capital Tirana with 200 cases, followed by 158 cases in Shkodra, 43 in Durres, 39 in Korca, 36 in Kavaja, 33 cases in Vlora and Vau i Dejes, 26 cases in Saranda, and fewer in other districts.
The Ministry of Health appeals to citizens to be vaccinated in order to protect themselves and people close to them from the virus.
“If you suspect you are affected by COVID19 or have signs of illness, isolate yourself immediately and contact your GP for testing, or likewise call the National Emergency number 127 for help.”
