The number of infected and the dead from the Covid-19 pandemic continues to increase in Albania as today (11.02.2021) 1105 new cases were identified 14 patient lost the battle with the disease.
Out of 4092 tests performed, 399 cases identified in the capital Tirana, 113 in Vlora, 82 cases in Saranda, 73 cases in Fier, 42 cases in Kruja, 36 cases in Elbasan and relatively lesser number of infections in other districts.
In the last 24 hours 746 citizens have recovered, whereas currently 492 patients are being treated, 32 of which in intensive therapy.
14 citizens lost the battle with COVID19 in COVID hospitals, among which was also a 73 years old pulmonologist from Përmeti. The deceased were 7 citizens from Tirana, 1 citizen from Durrës, 1 citizen from Elbasan, 1 citizen from Lezha, 1 citizen from Mirditë, 1 citizen from Kurbin, 1 citizen from Vlora, all aged 52-91 years old.
