“On Wednesday we will publish the measure and the punitive measures and from Thursday everyone in a mask just gets out of the house, everywhere. The fines will be applied in real time with no possibility to avoid them, we will integrate them with the electricity payment service “, said Rama.
“From next week, the mask will be mandatory everywhere, except at home, restaurants, the bar where you sit. “The fine will feature on the bill of electricity and no one will be able to bypass them”, said the Prime Minister.
