Covid-19; Government of Kosovo introduces compulsory masks, test evidence for Balkan citizens entering

The Government of Kosovo has today imposed a series of new measures, in order to prevent the further spread of the novel coronavirus.

In the meeting held via electronic video link, the Government of Kosovo decided that wearing masks will be mandatory for the citizens of Kosovo, while the elderly will have a set timeframe when they can go out of their houses.

The Kosovo government has also decided that citizens entering Kosovo from northern Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro must present a negative coronavirus test, no older than 72 hours.

Also, in this meeting was set the schedule of restriction of movement for citizens in the Municipality of Mitrovica South, Gjilan, Fushë Kosovë and Shtërpcë. The curfew will take effect on July 13, starting at 21:00 until 05:00.
