Shefqet Mashi was waiting today to learn whether or not he would be found guilty by the Court of Tirana for energy theft.
But at the entrance of the Court he was informed that the trial against him is postponed as some judges of the capital court have been affected by Covid-19.
The Tirana court with both its criminal and civil chambers has closed its doors from this Friday until November 27th.
Only lawyers representing the cases for detention measures are in office.
Earlier, as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the trials and the Courts of Berat, Durrës and Vlora have been suspended, which are also only reviewing only detention measures for suspects.
