Linda Rama: Between Family, Work and Albania’s Future 82.8% of the lawsuits filed by administrative workers fired for
political motives, or against the Code of Labor, have been admitted in
the court.
“82.8% have been admitted and 5.6% have been rejected. These are terrible figures, assuming that these decisions are right, that show the irresponsability of the public administration, or abuses by the court”, says the former member of the Constitutional Court, Sokol Subashi.
Mr. Subashi declared that in many cases, it has happened that the public administration pays two people for the same post.
“This is unforgivable, when you think the budget that we have, and that is being burdened with unjust payments, due to the arbitrary decisions of the public administration, and maybe of the judicial system”, Subashi declared.
In this activity organized by the Committee of Helsinki, the Public Administration Department must review the problems of the public administration, and not those of the individual.
