Court refuses to change the security measure for MP Frroku

The Supreme Court has rejected the requests of the lawyers representing
MP Mark Frroku for changing his security measure and set him free until
trial.

Frroku’s lawyer considered the verdict of the judge panel as unacceptable.

“We will insist for Mr.Frroku to be released and returned in Parliament. The accusations for a murder in Belgium is unjust. The Belgian authorities are not requesting any prosecution”, his lawyer declared.

Frroku is currently held in prison until trial.
