The Court of Serious Crimes has issued an order to ban former Minister of Interior, Saimir Tahiri, from travelling abroad.
The request was made by the Prosecution of Serious Crimes and it was accepted by the Court.
As reported by Top Channel, Tahiri travelled to Germany this November and stayed there several days. The Court had just issued an order to search his residence, but not to block his passport.
The Prosecutors of Serious Crimes said they feared that Tahiri could travel abroad and manipulate evidence. However, they didn’t ask the Court to ban him from travelling.
