After the Court of First Degree, the Court of Appeal also left in prison
Naum Disho, the leader of the OMONIA organization, for violating the
graves of the Boboshtica village. The court also left the two workers in
six months of probation.

Although the Prosecution asked 2 year to prison and six months for the workers, the Court of Appeal left effective the decision of the Court of First degree, with six months for Disho and probation for the workers.

Disho hired the two workers to construct a Greek monument above the cemetery of the Boboshtica village, by ruining the grave, and the Greek consulate gave their support today on the courtroom. One representative from the Consulate has followed the entire process.

Disho was charged for grave violation, due to the concrete platform built over the graves.
