Court of Appeal allows former Interior Minister to travel abroad

Two weeks after he was banned from travelling abroad, the Minister of Interior, Saimir Tahiri, was able to have this Court order changed.

His lawyer Maks Haxhia and the former Interior Minister argued that there was no new evidence for this measure and that Tahiri has proven that he has no intention to leave since he travelled a few weeks ago to Germany and returned.

As for Sota, who was caught with 863,000 EUR in his car and two boat driving licenses belonging to Tahiri, was left in prison by the Court.
