Court leaves Ucaj in prison until trial

The defendant declared that his son had returned from Italy two years ago, and for this entire time he had been violent against him and his mother. With visible signs of violence in his face, the killing father confessed and declared that he regrets his crime. He added that his son had been sentenced to some years in prison in Italy, for drug and prostitution traffic, and after returning he had been very aggressive against his mother, when she didn’t give him money.

The 65-year-old declared that the four members of the family were living only with his pension, and the boy wasn’t working but he was constantly asking for money, maybe to buy drugs.

Ucaj declared that after bearing with his son for 2 years, he went to the police on January 30th and asked them to take their son and not release him, or it would be the end for him and his wife. But police released him and when coming home, he had brutally beaten his father, who then too the gun and shot him and his Italian girlfriend.
