This Monday started the trial between the Health Minister, Ilir Beqaj, and the Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha.
The Court accepted the review of the materials presented by the Minister and his lawyer.
Beqaj sent to the Court a CD with the declarations of the opposition leaders and some newspapers.
“I have nothing personal against Basha, but as leader of the Democratic Party, he is misusing the free speech”, Beqaj said.
Basha’s lawyer in this process has presented some declarations of the Democratic Party against Minister Beqaj.
The session was postponed for the Court to be allowed to obtain the equipment that allow a hearing of Basha’s declaration against the Health Minister.
