The Council of Mandates gathered for the decriminalization law, before the start of the Parliamentary session.
According to the Democratic Party, the parties have not agreed in two points. Meanwhile, the negotiations between Oerd Bylykbashi and Taulant Balla continued until the late hours of this Thursday.
A Parliamentary decision and the self-declaration application are the two points that have caused more controversies.
Top Channel has learned that these two points are part of the draft-decision that the Parliament nees to approve. It is related to putting in motion Prosecution’s officials for verifying the self-declarations and evaluate the conviction information that comes from abroad.
