The Construction Association declared that the construction sector is
facing difficult moments due to the economic crisis that has swept
almost all businesses of this area.
The head of the Construction Association, Luigj Aleksi, focused on the fall of the market sales during 2011 and the failure of the municipalities to pay the road construction firms. According to him, this is causing many businesses to fail.
In the conditions of the crisis that the construction sector is facing, the Construction Association asked the government to get involved in the major investments that are expected to start in our country, such as the gas pipeline.
The Mayor has issued 33 permits for 33 objects in which 1853 families will be sheltered. Basha asked the builders to be correct with the citizens, since 920 families have not been able to receive the property titles, since the firms have not provided the respective documents.
The Mayor declared that the Tirana Urban Plan will be finalized within May, and it will bring to the capital a new, stable and predictable development.
