The Vlore Prosecution asked the Court to leave in prison four people who
were involved in a shooting this Thursday, wounding four citizens.
Edmond Berisha, Gentian and Artan Kola and Ardian Rexhepi left on a car that they crashed against the police vehicles in two roadblocks, while trying to escape.
Among the accused was also the constructor Alban Xhillari, but he was released for not being involved in the shooting. The shooting took place Thursday over the ownership of a land.
According to the police, the 47-year-old Xhillari, in cooperation with Edmond Berisha, Gentian and Ardian Kola, Ardian Rexhepi and Panajot Zoko shot against Krenar Cena, Qemal Dedja, Hiqmet Cobaj and Perparim Molla.
After the shooting, the four of them left twoards Fier. One of the vehilces was stopped in the entrance of the Levan-Tepelena highway, and the other at the entrance of Tepelena, after their crashed against some roadblocks.
