The Construction permits now will be given for 55 days, from 75 days
that it used to be before, starting from the application day and until
the construction company will give an answer.
Meanwhile, on March 8th the Tirana Municipality will review the first models for the extension of the Zogu i Pare Boulevard towards Paskuqan.
“Whoever that will apply for a construction permit in Tirana will stay no longer than 55 days without an answer, 35 of which will be part of the Municipality’s interaction with the company, and the other part will be the necessary registration deadline. On March 8 I will make a special gift to all Albanian women, by presenting seven models made by them for the new Tirana Boulevard, from the Train Station to the Paskuqan Park, and the reconfiguration of the 14 square kilometers, or 1/5th of the entire city”, Mayor Basha declared.
Basha released these declarations during a meeting with businessmen from Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro for the development of the 100th fair of Albanian goods, from 14 to 15 March, in the framework of the activities for the 100th anniversary of independence.
