Construction permit that may destroy Holta Canyon was signed by SMI official

While many citizens are protesting the construction of hydropower plants in the Osum canyons, another permit was being granted in silence.

The Holta canyon, an area similar to the one in Skrapar, was part of the plan for building a hydropower plant.

The permit was given in April 2017 to the Era Hydro company. One year later, Ministers Blendi Klosi and Damian Gjiknuri defended the arguments to allow the construction that would definitely destroy the Holta canyon in Gramsh.
