The Constitutional Court will decide on November 23rd on Kokedhima’s mandate
The Constitutional Court admitted the request of a group of opposition Parliament Members who claim that the mandate of MP Koco Kokedhima has expired.
The Constitutional Court admitted Kokedhima’s request to be present in the scene. The request will be reviewed on November 23rd, the next session. The opposition made a similar request to the Parliament on April 16th, but the Parliament rejected it.
In these conditions, the opposition Parliament Members addressed the Constitutional Court. They claim Kokedhima has profited public funds through his internet distribution company, Abissnet, even after being elected MP, claims that Kokedhima has denied.
