Constitutional Court partially repeals property law

The Constitutional Court partially admitted the request for repealing the new Property Law.

The Constitutional Court announced this Wednesday the decision to repeal article 6 of the law in question.

The Court explained that paragraphs 3 and 5 of article 6 go against the Constitution.
