Conference of Chairmen approves schedule

Under the direction of the Parliament Speaker, Jozefina Topalli, today
was gathered the Conference of Chairmen, where was approved with
consensus the three-week calendar of the Parliament’s schedule for the
period from 6 to 24 February 2012.
As the Parliament’s press release announces, the schedule includes the review of the laws that require qualified majority and the changes at the Penal and Civil Code.
While the Parliamentary Commissions will discuss important draft-laws, such as the one for the Administrative Disagreements and the Organization of Administrative Justice.
A few weeks ago, the parties did not agree for including the qualified majority laws in the schedule.
