The Parliament Speaker, Jozefina Topalli, visited the town of Pgradec in
honor of Mark Toci and Skender Cela, executed without trial on December
1946 by the Communist regime.
Even after the many years long search made by actor Mirush Kabashi, nephew of Skender Cela, together with journalist Fatos Baxhaku and local authorities, the remains of the two young victims have not been found yet.
“Let us commemorate Mark Toci and Skender Cela for their sacrifice, which should have been the sacrifice of their life”, Topalli declared.
During her visit in Pogradec, Topalli visited an exhibition organized by children against family violence and for more love between the parents.
