The Commission of Inquiry into the dismissal of President Ilir Meta has closed its investigation today. Two rapporteurs have been appointed at this meeting, who will then report on the findings of the investigation.
They are Klotilda Bushka and Halit Valteri, who must have the report ready on July 17 to be discussed at the July 20th meeting.
Meanwhile, on July 30, the work of the Meta Commission of Inquiry will finally be completed.
“This commission expires on July 30. But the report for the plenary session should be ready by July 18th. We need a product from this commission whatever the result be”, said among other things the head of the commission Ulsi Manja.
A few days ago, the Venice Commission published the final report on the appointments in the Constitutional Court, according to which the President did not violate the Constitution in his proceedings and appointments commission is guilty, as according to the Commission it acted in secret and was not transparent.
