As soon as the Parliament appointed the Provisory Prosecutor, the Civil Society Commission was able to send four candidates for a vacancy at the KLP.
The candidates are Alfred Balla, Andi Murataj, Entela Hoxha and Mimoza Qinami.
Mimoza Qinami was qualified before. The three other candidates were heard this Wednesday.
Andi Dobrusha said that the accusations against the civil society for intentionally blocking the commission are unfounded since the stalemate was created not only by the civil society but by all other sources.
This way the civil society has completed its candidates that the Parliament will appoint as members of the High Council of Prosecution.
The procedures are now up to the ad hoc commissions that will establish the Parliament for this institution, same as for the High Council for the Judiciary.
