Albania’s southern areas are warned for possible rain precipitations and floods.
The same situation will be in northern Greece, which will increase the water level of Vjosa, Seman and Shkumbin, according to Shemsi Premci, Head of the Civilian Emergency.
Parents are advised to accompany their children to school this Friday, especially in Vlora.
The Mayor of Vlora has appealed citizens to free garages that were flooded one year ago.
