Korca is turning into the favourite city to celebrate Christmas for Albanians, as hotels are booked out and the city’s decorations seem each year prettier.
More than 4000 visitors have chosen Korca to celebrate Christmas. They come from Tirana, Durres, Elbasan, Saranda and even other cities. But what draws them to this city?
“We are a group of seven people from Elbasan. We like the warm feeling we get here, the culture and the people”, says one of the visitors.
There’s not enough snow in Dardha and Voskopoja this year, but that doesn’t stop visitors from getting amazed.
It has become difficult to find an available room in the hotels of Korca, Voskopoja and Dardha during Christmas.
