Several companies which joined the initiative organized by “Top Media”
have collected goods that will be used for helping the families isolated
by the blood feud phenomenon.
This event will be transmitted on Top Channel, January 1st 2014, and everyone is invited to keep contributing in the account offered for these families by sending an SMS during the broadcast.
The Albanian President, Bujar Nishani, who was present in this event, was among the first to contribute in this initiative. Top Channel has sent a complete set of bed covers and blankets for every family. “Albcontrol” joined the initiative by donating food and blankets.
The CCS company has donated CD Players and some televisions. Frigo Food has donated food products while the Aluflor company has started distributing food.
Digitalb Company has sent the traditional sweet of the New Year’s dinner, baclava.
The charity was given to the 34 families in Shkoder, Grude e Re, Bardhaj, Mazrek, Velipoja, Dajc, Obilike and Gur I Zi, who suffer from this phenomenon, and were received by the women of houses where there are isolated minors.
The isolated families live in very difficult conditions and there is a lack of food, clothes, health services, education, etc. But more than this, they need freedom. Especially children, the innocent victims of this phenomenon.
“We wish freedom to all isolated children and a happy new year to them”, says one of the isolated girls.
“We hope that all children who are involved in blood feuds finally have the blood pardoned for the New Year”, another child declared.
