The Prosecution of Tirana concluded the investigation against Ardian
Fullani, former governor of the Bank of Albania, charged with power
abuse.
For the Prosecution, the defendant has not implemented the instructions of the Supervisory Council, which has led to the theft of 713 million ALL.
The Prosecution of Tirana considers the former Governor responsible for the purchase of the Dajti Hotel for 30 million USD. The Prosecution says that Fullani has instructed the Supervisory Council for the purchase method.
The Prosecution says that Fullani has a legal responsibility for not ordering or undertaking the necessary actions to make a real evaluation of this real estate.
