Chaos with refill of gas cylinders

Top Channel has visited one of the gas shops where people fill their
cylinders for home use. One of them was improvised in a shop located at
an apartment building which puts in risk the residents and every
passerby. The person who offers this service is not licensed and doesn’t
know the basic safety elements to inform citizens about their usage.
The incident that took place some days ago has made some citizens realize how important safety is. But some are still taking gas there.
In most of the cases, citizens go to gas stations to fill their cylinders, thinking they are authorized for the service.
Two days ago, the Technical Inspectorate Director said that gas stations should not fill home gas cylinders. They are licensed only for vehicles.
