Linda Rama: Between Family, Work and Albania’s Future The Party for Justice, Integration and Unity, and the Chameria
Association, organized a protest today asking the Parliament to stop the
delay of the Cham resolution.
PJIU leader, Shpetim Idrizi, declared that the Parliament should be free from the Greek pressure and review the Cham case, in order to return the dignity to the Albanians.
“Today, after nine years, we are completely different, because we are here today to free the Parliament from the Greek pressures. The Albanian Parliament is under the pressure of Greece and we are here today to surround it with the pressure of Albanians. You know that the Greeks are famous for the Trojan Horse. I appeal everyone to remove the Trojan horse from the Albanian Parliament. The bigger parties are racing to approve the draft-resolution. Those who voted it back then, hid it for eight years, and they are bringing it back today. The Albanian Chams do not need confirmation. If that resolution has been approved, it should enter the Official Bulletin”, Idrizi declared.
Adem Demaci, an activist of the national issue, joined this protest together with the Kosovo Parliament MP, Flora Brovina. They declared that the Chams should never give up from their rights, and this issue should be also sent at the European Parliament.
