The Cham community will organize a march that commemorates the massacre
against Cham people in Greece. Under the motto “Chameria’s Roses”, the
community will walk in silence from the Kllogjeri cemetery to Qafe
Bota, where the protest will be held.

2700 victims of the Cham massacre rest in peace at Kllogjeri cemetery, in Saranda. They lost their lives while trying to escape the Greek genocide.

Party of Justice, Integrity and Unity declared that a grave incident took place this midday at the Qaf-Bote border. According to PJIU, Member of Parliament Dashamir Tahiri, accompanied by head of the Markat commune, Ismail Myrtaj, were not allowed to cross the Greek border.

They were stopped by the Greek border agents. After many debates, MP Tahiri was allowed to cross the border, while Myrtaj and other journalists were stopped with the pretense that they were “endangering public order”.
