The Prosecution of Serious Crimes asked for three life-to-prison
sentences and 122 years to prison for the defendants of what is called
the Massacre of Cerrik in 1997.
The Prosecutor Anton Martini asked life to prison for what he considers responsible for the Cerrik massacre, Met Bozi, Arjan Toska and Roland Sota (Xhepexhiu).
These three persons are accused for the murder of six police agents and the attempted murder of 16 others, from the National Guard.
The Prosecution asked 25 years to prison for Llazar Bicaj, who had an active role in the abovementioned massacre.
The Prosecution asked 22 years to prison for Entel Gashi and Alban Toska. For Bujar Buzan,k the prosecution asked eight years to prison and for the brother of Tomorr Sinani, the Prosecution asked 24 years to prison. For Skender Cani, 21.
