Ceka, second candidate for President

The Democratic Alliance Party proposed Neritan Ceka as candidate for the next Albanian President.
This is the second name for this race, after Fatos Nano, the former Prime Minister and former Socialist leader, expressed his ambitions to run for the post of the Head of the State.
The DAP leader will run against Nano for the second time, after he lost in 2007 against the incumbent President, the Democratic Party’s Bamir Topi.
DAP representatives made Ceka’s candidacy official and valued him as an Albanian personality that can receive the consensus of both parties.
