Central Election Commission rejected the Socialist Party
request for approving the summary table of the results by basing it only on the Zonal Election
Commission 49 decision.

CEC Chairman, Arben Ristani argued this decision taken by CEC by saying:

“SP request is rejected because they do not have the necessary quorum for this decision”.

CEC rejected the other SP request too, but also the one made by he Democratic Party for reassessing all 117 remaining ballot boxes that have miscast ballots within.

Legal representative of the Socialist Party for Integration, Ylli Manjani, underlined that SP request for ZEC 49 has no legal base.

SP requested to declare as invalid all decisions regarding the reviews made by CEC to the results given by ZECs.
