“Changing 98.3% of the members would exclude from the voting procedure even the few commissioners trained by the Central Election Commission. In these conditions, the CEC is taking all measures to train commissioners before receiving the electoral materials to the voting center”, the announcement says.
Top Channel has recorded the moment when the materials were distributed, but the CEC Spokesperson says the commissioners are not taking them.
“We have distributed the materials for 17 voting centers only, from 118 in total. The cause for this problem is that political parties have not sent their commissioners for taking the materials. CEC appeals them to respect the law, otherwise the materials will be distributed only to those present”, said Drilona Hoxhaj, CEC Spokesperson.
