After the Habilaj brothers were arrested in Italy for drug traffic charges, their accountant, Nezar Seiti, was extradited very quickly from Albania and now the Court of Catania, in Italy, has left him in house arrest.
Two weeks ago the Court of Catania, by request of lawyer Maurizio Katalano, decided to release Seiti from the house arrest and let him on probation, under electronic surveillance.
Seiti is the only one of the suspects who was released. From the audio-surveillance of the Catania police, the Habilaj brothers mentioned the then Interior Minister, Saimir Tahiri. The Prosecution started a case with his name,
