The Prosecution of Serious Crimes has suspended the case against
Vladimir Gjuta and Baftjar Bruka, the mains suspects for the dynamite
exploded at the pharmacy owned by the father of the Minister of
Interior, for lack of evidence. The defendants are however kept in
prison for other crimes.
Two months ago, the Court of Serious Crimes rejected Gjuta’s request to change the security measure. He was arrested in June 2015 as member of a group that has allegedly placed the dynamite. Gjuyta is also accused of being part of criminal groups.
Baftjar Bruka is also left in prison as one of the six defendants.
