Albanian drivers will not pay the car insurances at the same price, but according to the dangers their vehicles present.
The Financial Supervision Authority announced that the draft that is being processed with the World Bank, will be ready on September.
“Even the car insurance price will be very detailed. There will be risk components, starting from the geographic areas, the age of the insured person, the capacity of the motor and the damage history. The price will be the right one”, declared the Director of the Authority, Enkeleda Shehi.
She also added that the new way for calculating the prices will improve the proportion of damage that the insurance companies will pay, which was increased for the third consequent year.
The Financial Supervision Authority gave these declarations during the annual report at the Parliamentary Commission of Economy.
