Cannabis in unowned lands
30/06/2012 00:00
Cannabis Sativa is still being cultivated in different areas of the
Vlore River. Top Channel’s camera was in a remote area of this town,
where a parcel without owner had 100 plants of cannabis sativa.
The parcel was opened by the local residents who have also found the water source for the plants. More than 2 meters long, the plants are ready to be harvested. The parcel has been surrounded by other plants, so that it cannot be seen from afar.
The Vlore Police has started cutting cannabis in different areas of the Vlore River, which is one of the most problematic areas. The residents keep planting the illegal plants, despite the appeals of the police even through flyers.
