Cako’s suspension, Minister of Interior: “Measure was for obstructing justice reform”

The Minister of Interior, Saimir Tahiri, said that the suspension of the
Chief of Police, Haki Cako, and of two other high-level officers who
were accused by the Prosecution over power abuse regarding the spying
equipment, have never violated the law.

Tahiri said that the order is related to efforts for obstructing the justice reform.

“The opposition and their front don’t want justice reform”, he said.
