Businesses that don’t open a bank account within October 26th will be automatically fined with 50.000 ALL or 410 EUR when they are natural persons and over 820 euros when legal entities.
The tax administration has appealed businesses to implement the tax procedures amended by the Parliament, in order to avoid financial penalties.
The law affects all businesses, regardless of their annual turnover, and they have a deadline of three months to comply with the obligation, which expires on October 26th, 2019.
