Business, politics to stop conflicts

The business asked politics to leave aside the conflicts and focus on the enterprising, in this time of economic crisis.

“The escalation of the serious economic crisis demands a political stability within the country, which means more dialogue between the Albanian politics. 2-3 laws that require qualified majority are very necessary for the business, and should be urgently approved by the Albanian Parliament. No legal change should be approved without the necessary discussions by the association of the business community”, declared Luan Bregasi from “Business Albania”.

Business Albania and the Economic Faculty organized in Tirana a conference about how the crisis is affecting the enterprising and what should be done to confront it. Mr. Bregasi profited from the presence of the Bank Governor for declaring that the business is not benefiting from the low interest base.

“Second level banks have not transmitted this new rate int heir norms, mostly in the cost of loans given to private enterprising. We ask the Albanian Bank to monitor the costs of the banking products and stimulate the highest transparency from the commercial banks”, Bregasi declared.

Governor Ardian Fullani declared that the policy of the Central Bank has always been that of supporting the business, but the latter must be part of it, to be formalized, which would increase the chances for loans.

“The implementation of the legal request for the financial reporting and transparency; the organization and management of the activity according to the best standards, strongly support the economic growth by minimizing the dangers in loans and by improving your abilities to use more convenient finances from the financial sector and the banks”, Fullani declared.

In the conference organized with the support of “Business Europe” was also invited the Minister of Economy, Nasip Naco, who declared that the government would lower even more the costs for business by reducing the inspections.
