Linda Rama: Between Family, Work and Albania’s Future Business asked politics to not turn the presidential election into a
political crisis that could bring serious consequences to the economy.
“Another political crisis will be a crisis of mistrust and panic in the Albanian business in general, but also for the foreign investors”, declared Nikolin Jaka, the head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Luan Bregasi, the Business Albania president, says that the political stability is very important in these difficult times for the economy.
“It would be good if this process was normal, calm and in full accordance with the interests of the entire community. It should fulfill small projects that are not in the interest of a stabilization climate, and a regular wellbeing of the Albanian politics and economy in general”, Bregasi declared.
The first voting for the president will be held on May 30th, but the majority and opposition have not been able to reach a consensus, despite the appeals for compromise.
