Hysni Burgaj, the General Chief of the Albanian State Police met the
Kosovo homologue, Shpend Maxhuni, an signed a cooperation memorandum for
organizing mutual traffic police services for the tourist season.
According to Burgaj, this cooperation has had good results for the third consequent year, minimizing the number of accidents.
The Chief of the Kosovo Police, Shpend Maxhuni, declared that this practice will become a tradition, with the police of both countries operating in each other’s roads in a time of heavy traffic.
