Deutshce Telekom, the owner of Telekom Albania, is finalizing the procedures to sell the Albanian branch to the Bulgarian Vivacom.
Vivacom main shareholder, Spas Roussev, did not give any comment about the agreement. Elvin Guri, the Albanian investor who has lived in Bulgaria for the past 20 years, and who works together with Roussev, said that he cannot give any details, but he likes the idea of investing in his own country after so many years.
Vivacom is the biggest communication company in Bulgaria. Elvin Guri is one of the shareholders.
