The Red and Black Marathon, perceived as a meeting with the Albanians
that live abroad, started this Saturday in Brussels for following afterwards a tour in New York, Rome and Tetovo.
The patriotic speeches of the RBA representatives, as well as promoting national values, aim bringing together the Albanians of the entire world in a pan Albanian movement. They criticized the political class in Albania and Kosovo for putting personal interests before the country’s EU progress.
The leader of this Alliance, Kreshnik Spahiu, declared that it is time for the Albanians to understand that the best integration policy is Albanianism”.
“The Albanians will enter together in the European Union, as Albanians, not as Kosovans, Macedonians, Serbians or Montenegrins, regardless the countries they live in”, Spahiu declared.
In this meeting was also mentioned the emigrants’ participation in the elections, who are still unable to vote. They also opposed the process that the government has undertaken for the population registration on ethnic and religious bases.
