The Organized Crime Unit of the British Police has arrested some members
of two criminal networks that supplied drug in London and Edinburgh,
and seized almost half a million of pounds profited from this criminal
activity and a considerable quantity of cocaine.

BBC says that the 41 year old Albanian who confessed was caught with 175.000 pounds and a quantity of drug during the arrest. Other quantities of cocaine and appliances for its processing were seized at his house.

Through an almost identical scenario, the Metropolitan police destroyed another criminal network in Northern London, a few days ago. The defendants who were brought to justice for laundering money that have been caught were from Middle Albania, but they were using falsified Italian documents.

The police seized 250.000 pounds from their houses and cars. Although they were surveyed by the British agents, the defendants have denied the accusations, regardless the evidence.
