Linda Rama: Between Family, Work and Albania’s Future The Albanian Minister of Integration, Majlinda Bregu, released another
declaration for the media in Brussels, underlining that the voting of
the three laws required by the EU remains a priority.
“The blockage of the three laws in Parliament was certainly part of the discussion, because these are the only remaining unfulfilled obligations”, Bregu declared.
The Minister added that the voting of the laws in the referendum is not easy and the European Commission has various opinions about it, but she underlined that the government is determined to continue the project.
“The truth is that this majority is committed to fulfil and follow the citizens’ interest”, Bregu underlined.
“We have the Parliamentary elections this June. The attention is based on the elections. We all know that the elections would be an element that would have more monitoring, and on the other hand it would be monitored with great interest. Because we have damaged our image during these years, and this has increased the curiosity of the European colleagues”, declared the Minister of Integration.
